Every year Trav has a work retreat in Midway, so every year we pack everyone up for a short getaway to the mountains. This year we drove a little out of the way to get our dinner from "The Train" in Heber. Our favorite.
Then we just walked and played around at the Homestead. It is SO beautiful there!
Jonah was fascinated with looking in the crater from above. It's a long way down!
Trav and I got a fancy dinner that night while the kids played in our cool room. Then the next morning after a yummy breakfast and playing in the grounds again we had to come home for some soccer games. We always have fun in our quick little getaway.
