Jonah is 6!!

I can't believe my little boy is 6! He requested a spider cake this year so a spider cake he got!

I could not get a picture of him holding still. He was so excited!

The crepes were delicious

He had some cute friends over for a birthday party. Perfect way to spend your big day!

It was a great day for one of my favorite guys!! Happy birthday!!

July

We started our July strong with the Kaysville 5k. Josh, Kate, Will and I ran.

Josh and Kate left Will and I in the dust. We stuck together until the very end back in the stadium when Will left me in the dust!
Kate ended up getting either 2nd or 3rd in her division and won a medal!

Jonah knows how to do patriotic right
We headed over to the Kaysville parade!

About a half an hour into the parade it came to stop. We had no idea what was going on and were told the parade was cancelled. We later found our a little girl had fallen off a float and died in the accident. It was such a tragedy and made the whole day feel very heavy.

We did manage to still celebrate this great country we live in.

Our ward pool party a few days later did not disappoint. Always one of the favorites we look forward to in summer.

We also finally got to celebrate Rachel's birthday a couple weeks late. Our first time doing an escape room as a family (minus Jonah). It was SO much fun and we made it out just in the nick of time!!

We even had a late birthday cake! Happy 17 to the best 17 year old around!!
Rach got to march in the Farmington parade and I got to walk with them to keep them hydrated. It was fun!

The remains of making cardboard swords....
I love the days of everyone piling on my bed and hanging out with me in my room.
Josh got his permit!
Choosing treats at grandma's house
The band had their Taco Time day so we went a little early to get some lunch.

Then jammed out to the band outside.!

It was also 7-11 so we had to go get free slurpees on our way home from Taco time.

Jonah has become proficient at making toast in the kitchen

I got to take some really cool kids to the temple.

Rach also got to play in the Salt Lake Days of 47 Parade. We didn't make it out to see the parade but we saw her on tv!!

Nothing beats lunch at Costco!

Josh got to go to Bear Lake with his soccer team. Such a great group of boys!

We got to swim at our favorite pool a few times.

We all fell in love with the Clemens new bunnies.

Trav took Josh, Kate and Will on a backpacking trip. Looks pretty!

July is exhausting!
