Walkin' to the first day of school

I'm very slowly trying to catch up on all that's been going on. But as much fun as summer was....I'm not going to lie....it was good to get back to school, back to a schedule, and a reason to enforce bedtime! We now have ourselves a 7th grader (gasp!)

 

Rach now has 10 classes she has to keep track of. One of them is band...which she now plays the flute! How cool is that?!? She's also in the hardest math class you can take as a 7th grader and although she doesn't love it....she's really good at it. (Already I'm not much help when it comes to math homework.)

 Mr. Josh is in Mrs. Everton's 5th grade class. He pretty much rules the school even though he's not in 6th grade yet. Almost all of his buddies are in his class and even though he won't admit it out loud...I think he's really enjoying it.

 Miss Kate is in Mrs. Turnbow's 2nd grade class. She has her 2 BFF's in the same class again! She loves everything about school. She's the first one up in the mornings, gets her homework done without me pestering her, is a staunch enforcer of school rules (and can't understand why anyone wouldn't follow the rules) but has SO much fun in everything she does.

 Will is now in Pre-school! His first day wasn't until a couple weeks after the big kids but he wanted to get his picture taken too. He was trying to make a "p" with his fingers for "preschool"

 This sweet little dude, in the meantime, learned how to stand! He was not thrilled to show off his newfound skill.

 I love Kate and Will in this picture. Jonah is quite the celebrity at our house.

 Now that he walks he's been getting in a lot more trouble than usual...

 This is a perfect little seat for him.
