4th of July

But first, let's take a look at Will's ear....
I think it was a bug bite or something but that sucker was HUGE for a few days! Ha ha!

Trav took the kids (minus Jonah) camping one weekend. Jonah and I had some good bonding time at home but those kids looked like they had a great time too!

Okay, now we're to the 4th of July. Here we are waiting for the parade to start.

Someone's flag didn't last too long. Broken flag=Broken heart
 He tried to fix it.
Will didn't wear Red, white and blue. He wore a shirt that looked like a "firework"

 Nothing like Popsicles for breakfast!

Our favorite float of the parade: Grandpa's float!!

This patriotic boy was made for the 4th of July. This is HIS holiday.

 Carnival time!

After hanging out at the park for a while and running into friends we only see on the 4th it was back to our house with the Schick clan for a bbq and playing time.

 We did slip n slide....

Smoke Bombs....

 Sparklers...

And I ranted and raved about our neighbor that puts on the most amazing firework show so everyone stayed for that. Unfortunately, he had done them the night before this year but we were at the Centerville fireworks so we missed them! Bummer! So we didn't have a very good firework show. They even moved the Davis fireworks to Barnes park so we couldn't see those either. O-well.We still had a great time. I love the 4th!
