Aspen Grove

For our Schick family reunion this year we went to Aspen Grove which is a family camp put on by BYU. It was SO much fun! We all stayed in a cabin together but everyone split off into age group during the day so it was nice to have the togetherness time and a little vacay from the kids. Here's a million pictures in no particular order.

The first night we did have some family building games that we did which were fun but tricky.

The food was delicious.
There was so much to do all the time.

It started raining so we used what we had to protect ourselves.

So pretty!

The biggest problem was grandma had a hard time getting around. It was very steep and rocky for most of it so wheelchair accessible wasn't the best. But she came when she could!

Some of us did a hike to Stewart Falls. It was so pretty!

The bacon plates....

Ropes course was a favorite for a few.

Throwing pottery over a river....

We got to shoot guns.
Saw logs
And my favorite was the archery! Kate and I spent a lot of time over there!

A little safer tomahawk throw

This is how grandma saw the activities...

Jonah's masterpiece from the ceramic painting

After he was done he said "This is actually the worst because it looks like it's naked." We couldn't stop laughing at that one and now I can't look at his squirrel the same.

Will's fully clothed squirrel
It was fun few days but went by way too fast! Good times!
