February

We've had some nice sunny February days, so we've taken advantage and tried to get out of the house while we could. We're lucky to live so close to the ponds.

 

Sometimes this cute guys just can't keep his eyes open.

I asked Will to make me a pepperoni pizza with 47 pepperonis on it.:)

Time to re-do our 72 hour kits! The week of eating old food!

Jonah draws the cutest little drawings on our driveway.

Will made his first big purchase! Jack found it on-line and Will was obsessed with getting it as soon as he saw it. It's a Mosasaurus. He ran downstairs, grabbed $48.50 (yeah, it was pricey) and paid me right then and there to buy it for him. He was thrilled to have enough money to buy it and has LOVED this thing ever since.

Jonah's leaning tower that surprisingly stayed up but teetering for like 3 days!

Yeah, he even sleeps with it.

Rach had her Solo/Ensemble and did great! I love watching her perform!

It was a rainy, gray day and Jonah cuddled up to watch the rain and fell asleep. That's my kind of rainy day!

Valentine's day treats!

The kids got on a Rubix cube kick. Josh can now solve it in like a minute. He was so patient teaching the rest of us and I think the girls can do it now too! I did it a couple times (with Josh's help)

We went up to the Museum of Natural History. Fun way to spend an afternoon.

Jonah has been on a play-doh kick recently. He loved building a habitat for his turtle.

He's pointing out his storm cloud with rain that he made.

Then he stole my phone and took a bunch of pictures.

Josh is growing up too fast!

On Feb 27 we went up to grandpa Rex's grave to celebrate his birthday with him. It took us a minute to find it in all the snow but the kids marched out a path in no time once we did find it.

We even gave his grave a little bling.

And ate cupcakes.

He would've been 89 this year! We still miss him so much. Happy birthday grandpa!!
